Social Jets is an IT solutions company based in Mumbai with clientele like Tech Mahindra Foundation, Asian Paints, and high-end fashion brands. With our Assisted Ecommerce SaaS solution, we help businesses setup & manage their Ecommerce website for a monthly subscription fee. We give them the support they need, so they can peacefully focus on their business without all the technical hassles.

Job type: Full-time

CTC: ₹1.8L to ₹2.4L

Educational Background: 
B.E. / M.E. (Comps/IT/Extc) 
B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Mumbai University (Comps/IT)

Experience: 0 to 3 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attention to ‘technical’ and ‘design’ detail in client fulfillment work (Proper training will be provided for the same)
  • Be a quick learner in the initial training and gradually apply problem-solving skills to handle different scenarios independently.
  • Be the single point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Be the consultant that the clients look up to by becoming the subject matter expert.
  • Develop long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Ensure commitments made to the clients are met every time.
  • Ensure that the client is always aware of the status/progress through regular reporting.

Location: The candidate should be primarily based in Mumbai. We are going to continue with work-from-home until there is a solid solution like a probable vaccine available in the market. So the candidate should have high-speed WiFi and a laptop at his/her disposal.
